Product did not work, has a partial short circuit inside the cable assembly The connectors were soldered on properly, so the problem lies within the overmolded Y-cable, and so is not repairable. Obviously not tested by CableWholesale before they shipped it to me. Unfortunately the shipping charge is more than the cost of the cable, so I''m not returning it.

It is not possible to test every single cable that ships out. Unfortunately, defects do occur on occasion. We would be happy to ship you a replacement cable. Cablewholesale does not leave customers to carry the burden of defective cables.
